This policy complies with European Union consumer protection regulations.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

AFROZAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products

  • Customized items

  • Handcrafted items made to order

  • Products that are clearly made according to the customer’s specifications

These exclusions are in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Product(s) you wish to return

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • AFROZAN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Partial Refunds or Deductions

AFROZAN reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if:

  • The item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning

  • The product shows signs of use or damage not caused by transport

This is compliant with EU regulations.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@afrozan.com, including photos of the issue.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by AFROZAN

  • A full refund or replacement will be offered, according to your preference

Exchanges

At this time, AFROZAN does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the indicated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact us at info@afrozan.com  if the issue persists
